Comprehensive renovation of an existing commercial building to create a modern academic facility for journalism and mass communications. Andersen Hall features a 120-seat lecture hall, classrooms, specialized labs, and media studios to support hands-on learning. The renovation also included a lobby upgrade to improve flow, visibility, and student engagement. The facility was designed to provide flexible, high-performance spaces for instruction, collaboration, and media production.
