Apple Roofing Headquarters and Warehouse

Apple Roofing, the largest roofing firm in Nebraska, decided to expand with a 19,500-square-foot headquarters. This office features an open-concept sales area, two conference/training rooms, and individual offices, designed with an industrial aesthetic including open ceilings and exposed columns. Interior walls are primarily glass “Dirtt” walls to enhance the open feel. The new warehouse is connected to the two-level office, consolidating operations in one location. The exterior combines architectural metal panels and Nichiha wood panels for a modern look.
