The Blair Fire Station (North Station) is a 10,000 SF facility with a 5,000 SF mezzanine, built using a VP Building system with exterior masonry wainscoting and reinforced concrete construction. Designed for enhanced fire and EMS operations, it includes four apparatus bays—two double-depth drive-through—along with offices, a weight room, kitchen, bunk rooms, training space, and gear storage. Durable epoxy floors, exhaust ventilation, and access north of the railroad tracks support faster response times and long-term functionality for volunteer crews.
