Broadway Elementary

Ongoing addition and renovation project on an active elementary campus. Work includes a 33,300 square foot two-story addition and 9,600 square feet of interior renovations to improve classroom space, circulation, and building systems. New mechanical and electrical upgrades enhance energy performance and overall functionality. Construction is carefully phased to keep the school fully operational, utilizing swing space and proactive communication with school leadership.
