Gamma Phi Beta

Renovation of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority house at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln focused on modernizing key living and gathering spaces while preserving the chapter’s historic character. Updates included refreshed closets and restrooms, improved chapter meeting areas, and upgrades to dining facilities to better serve members’ daily needs. Outdated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also replaced to enhance comfort, efficiency, and long-term functionality.
