Doane University Hansen Leadership Residence Hall

New construction of a suite-style residence hall featuring accommodations for 177 students. The building includes two- to five-bedroom suites with shared restrooms, study rooms, a classroom, and a central lobby. Designed to support student housing needs, the project focused on functionality, durability, and community-oriented spaces.
