Northeast Community College strategically designed a new 63,000-square-foot Path Hall residence hall to accommodate over 200 beds, featuring a mix of two- and four-bedroom semi-suites. The hall includes amenities such as study lounges on each floor, project/study rooms, game rooms, and communal spaces to promote student interaction. Additionally, a new main campus dining facility with a capacity for 525 people, exercise rooms, student life amenities, a computer lab, and conference facilities were integrated into the design. The dining center is flexible for hosting concerts, student gatherings, lectures, conferences, and other large campus events. The project also included offices for residence life staff, ensuring a comprehensive and well-equipped living and learning environment for students.
