Nebraska Surgery Center

Kingery undertook a significant construction project at the southeast corner of Saint Elizabeth Medical Center, which involved adding 2,041 square feet and remodeling 5,328 square feet of the Nebraska Surgery Center building. The project began with the complete removal of the building’s exterior skin, followed by remediation within the wall cavity, and concluded with the reconstruction of the exterior. Despite the scale of the renovation, the Nebraska Surgery Center continued its daily surgical operations while the work was carried out, ensuring that the building remained functional for its occupants.
