Union 73 Student Center

Renovation and expansion of a 62,766-square-foot student center for Northeast Community College. The project modernized three connected buildings to improve functionality, accessibility, and space efficiency. Work included updated infrastructure, new electrical systems, and the relocation of key services such as food service, administration, library, and classrooms. The blend of renovation and new construction created a more cohesive, student-focused environment designed for long-term use.
