Seward Middle School

Kingery Construction Co. was selected as the construction manager for Seward Middle School through the proposal interview process. The team coordinated with the architect and the owner from conceptualization of the original design. Services performed by Kingery Construction Co. included pre-bond election services, pre-construction services and construction management services.

Seward Middle School was designed on a pod concept, where each grade level has its own division. The new structure includes new classrooms, offices, computer labs, cafeteria, commons area and gymnasium.

Kingery Construction Co. is invested in building its facilities with quality, making the best use of square footage for learning spaces, and providing the least amount of disturbance to the surrounding neighborhoods.
