Gratopp Building Services, Inc. (GBSI) has more than 30 years of experience as a Specialty Trade Contractor providing Insulation Products and Services for the construction industry. With the increase in new builds over the last few years, they found themselves in need of more space to warehouse the products they supply.
GBSI joined forces with Kingery Construction to complete the Design Build process for their new space. The new building provides 8,500 sq ft of warehousing space, along with modern offices, a breakroom and restrooms guaranteeing they will be able to provide quick and convenient service for jobs big and small for years to come.
Along with the building there was associated site work, paving and landscaping completed in order to accommodate semi-trucks and other large vehicles for pick up and delivery of the products.
