This project includes a major demolition and renovation of the interior space and building systems. The renovation will include; new HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, electrical improvements, windows, doors, hardware, translucent panels, insulations, flashings, sealants, paints, porcelain tile, toilet partitions, floor sealants, epoxy floor system, gypsum board, metal studs, ATC, toilet accessories, and signage.  Exterior work includes but is not limited to removal and infill of the north hangar door, replacement of the south hangar door, existing hangar door pockets will be renovated, removal of hazardous materials, exterior metal panel system, brick, masonry repointing, masonry repair and cleaning, parking, paving, fencing, and signage upgrades. The entire project will also include LEED Silver design, registration, and certification.

This project will support the objective of the Nebraska Air Nation Guard Refueling mission. We are proud to play a part in the continuing efforts of the Nebraska Air National Guard in support of our troops.
